X-Back Harness Size Guide

Tips to determine proper dog harness size:

• If you're a recreational user, you may not find a harness that fits each measurement exactly and that is okay.
• If you're a competition racer a perfectly fit harness can make a difference between first and second place due to your dogs ability to work efficiently and effectively.
• Start with the Neck Measurement (#1) and find the harnesses that are within 1" of your measurement. For the recreational user always go to the next largest size if the measurement falls between sizes. Your neck size should be 4-6" larger than your dogs collar size. If it's not, take the measurement again because the neck measurement may be wrong. (There are exceptions to this but we've found this to be the case most times).
• The Back Length measurement should be within 1-2 inches to fit well.
• The Chest to Tail measurement should be within 1-1.5 inches to fit well.
