Puppy harnesses are designed to introduce the joy of being in harness to your dog. You can start them wearing the harness at 6-8 weeks of age, and then as they grow move them to the larger size harness with light weights behind them.

This is the general weight range for the three sets of puppy harnesses:

Medium breed: 35-55 lbs

Large breed: 56-75 lbs

Giant breed: 76-95 lbs

Note that if you're starting your puppy at an older age, you may need to buy a larger set of harnesses, or go to the X-Back pulling harness instead.
